Ham Salad Sandwich

Ham Salad Sandwich
1 lb of Ham or Bologna (16 oz)
¼ Cup of salad dressing/mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish

Cut or tear ham/bologna into medium size pieces and place in the food chopper or processor. Bologna is sometimes used to make ham salad because it is moist and tastes a little sweeter. Shred the meat until it is small, coarse and consistent in texture. Don’t run it until it is almost a liquid. Place this ground up meat in a container that has a lid. Repeat this process until all of the meat is chopped and is in the bowl. Add the salad dressing/mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish. Put in small amounts at a time until you reach the taste and consistency you desire. Mix everything together using a wooden spoon. Serve on bread. Store the leftover sandwich spread in the refrigerator.
