
Teriyaki Chicken
2-3 lb package of chicken legs, or 2-3 lb package of chicken thighs, or 2-3 lb package of cut
up whole chicken
1 15 to 20 ounce bottle of teriyaki sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Put the chicken teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper into a plastic bag. Place the bag in a pan and place in the refrigerator. Marinate the chicken for at least two hours. Pour the contents of the bag into a large, shallow cooking pan. Make sure the pieces are not touching. Cook in the oven at 375 degrees for approximately one hour. You do not need to turn the chicken. Serve with rice and use the leftover heated teriyaki to pour over the rice.
